This whipped blueberry cream cheese is a quick and colorful way to level up your snack game. It’s smooth enough to serve as a dip for fresh fruit or graham cracker sticks, but also holds its own as a spread for bagels or toast. The blueberry Spruits give it a bright hue and subtle berry flavor, while a drizzle of maple syrup adds just the right sweetness. A touch of lemon juice rounds everything out with a little zing.

This recipe uses...

Ingredients

  • 1 8oz. container whipped cream cheese
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons Blueberry Spruits (2 packets)
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 1/2 tsp lemon juice

Bake Mode is Off

Directions

1. Combine Main Ingredients

In a medium bowl, add 1 container (8 oz.) of whipped cream cheese, 1 tablespoon maple syrup, and 1½ tablespoons blueberry Spruits. Stir with a spoon or fork until everything is fully mixed and evenly colored.

2. Add Lemon Juice Gradually

Pour in ½ teaspoon of lemon juice at a time, mixing between each addition. This gives the dip a subtle tang and helps balance the sweetness. You may notice the texture tighten slightly as the lemon reacts with the dairy—this is totally normal.

3. Serve and Enjoy

Transfer to a small serving dish and pair with graham crackers, apple slices, melon, or use it as a smooth, fruity spread on bagels.
