Mix the Dry Ingredients:
In a small container with a lid, combine the cocoa powder, sugar, sea salt, and Sweet Potato Spreggies. Shake well until thoroughly mixed.

Heat the Milk:
In a small saucepan, heat the milk over low-medium heat until it is hot but not boiling. The milk should be steaming and just below a simmer.

Add Vanilla and Cocoa Mix:
Stir the vanilla extract into the hot milk. While stirring continuously, slowly sprinkle in the prepared cocoa mix. Continue stirring until the cocoa powder dissolves and the mixture is smooth and fully combined.

Serve:
Pour the hot cocoa into heatproof glasses or mugs.

For an extra treat, top with marshmallows, chocolate shavings, or a dollop of whipped cream.
