Directions
-
Melt the Chocolate:
In a microwave-safe bowl, heat the chocolate chips in the microwave for about 50 seconds, stopping every 10 seconds to stir. Continue until the chocolate is smooth and creamy, being careful not to overheat and burn.
-
Warm the Peanut Butter Mixture:
In a separate bowl, mix the peanut butter, milk, and evaporated milk (if using). If skipping evaporated milk, add an extra 1/2 tablespoon of regular milk. Microwave the mixture for 10 seconds, stir, then microwave for another 10 seconds, for a total of 20 seconds.

-
Combine the Ingredients:
Stir the warmed peanut butter mixture into the melted chocolate until fully combined.
-
Add the Beet Spreggies and Cinnamon:
Mix in the Beet Spreggies, which will give the dip a subtle reddish hue. Optionally, stir in cinnamon for an extra layer of warmth and depth.
-
Incorporate the Yogurt:
Add the yogurt to the mixture and stir until smooth and creamy. The dip will develop a rich, velvety texture.
-
Serve and Enjoy:
Serve immediately with sliced apples, bananas, or other favorite fruits. Store any leftovers in the refrigerator and stir before serving again.
